iDTRONIC introduces the new UHF tag family for industrial & health care applications. The new-high performance UHF tags are designed for In-Metal & On-Metal applications, identification of tools and medical devices and for high-temperature applications.
In-Metal Tags UHF and On-Metal Tags UHF
The new iDTRONIC In-Metal tags UHF and On-Metal tags UHF come in rugged IP68 housings. They have been designed for very harsh environments and can be used in a large number of applications such as Asset Tracking, Industrial Automation and Supply Chain. With up to four meter reading distance and a very large application temperature range, the tags can deliver significant value in your application.

High-Temperature tag UHF
The iDTRONIC High-Temperature tag UHF tag has been specifically designed to perform under extreme heat and repeated exposure to caustic fluids for applications such as autoclaves, hot water wash cycles and post-paint processes. The iDTRONIC High-Temperature tag UHF is constructed with IP68 rating for high reliability and durability in all types of environments. The tag survives applications with temperatures of up to 250 °C and other harsh elements such as high impact and caustic chemicals. The design of the iDTRONIC High-Temperature tag UHF has been done as well for the use on metal objects / structures.

Tool Tags UHF
The iDTRONIC UHF tool tags UHF have been designed especially for healthcare and tool tracking applications. In healthcare, the compliance with FDA requirements for Unique Device Identification enables the costumer to track automatically all surgical tools and reduce the risks of foreign object debris (FOD) and infection control. The tool tags can be mounted on metal or embedded in metal and will withstand repeated autoclave cycles.

The IP68 housing allows a usage in harsh environments similar to construction sides. It enables the costumer to track automatically all tools and reduce risks of product recalls or missing equipment.
