RFID DESFire PANEL READER FOR INDUSTRY 4.0 APPLICATIONS
The RFID HF | NFC Panel Reader – NEO is a compact RFID Reader and Writer with an integrated 80 cm cable (other cable lengths on request). It is suitable for the integration into switch panels or cabinets within Access Control at maschines for identification of persons, Industry 4.0 environments or data exchange with NFC.
ACCESS CONTROL AT MACHINES
RFID HF | NFC Panel Reader – NEO is is a wireless communication technology for an easy, fast and unambiguous identification of persons. The RFID transponder, also named tag, replaces the key and includes special data which can be read by a reader via electromagnetic waves and which will then be evaluated in the control device. Thus, persons or groups can be unambiguously assigned and the relating access authorisations and levels will be enabled on the machine or installation.
OPTIMAL FOR NEAR-FIELD ENVIRONMENTS
RFID HF | NFC Panel Reader – NEO is equipeed with the RFID Frequency HF/NFC (13.56 MHz).
It supports transponders and Tags with Standard ISO 14443A/B, ISO 15693, ISO 18000-3M3/EPC HF Gen2 and HID iClass.
The RFID HF | NFC Panel Reader – NEO has an cap for the integration of Keyfobs with a diameter of 22.3 mm.
The antenna integrated in the module transmits data at a speed of up to 115,200 bits per second.
CONNECTIVITY OPTIONS FOR INDUSTRY AND STANDARD
The USB VCP interface offers the possibility to attach the device to many end devices with USB interface.
To connect the RFID MC-K Reader to industrial machines it is optionally available with a RS232 connection.
