Please provide the following information: Contact details (contact person, phone number, email address), invoice number, product part number, firmware version, SDK & software version, brief application description and detailed problem description. According to legal regulations, you have the option to return your old devices to us to ensure proper disposal. We will handle the disposal of the old devices free of charge and in accordance with the regulations. Please note that the return shipping costs for the old devices will be at your expense. Our WEEE registration number is: DE 39851062.
